Incompetent and irresponsible!! They ruined my new Honda Civic I deeply regret bringing my new car to this shop. They are fundamentally incapable of handling modern vehicle electronics. Following their "camera installation," they completely destroyed the functionality of my Honda Civic’s Auto Hold brake system. When I confronted them with the damage they caused, they didn't just fail to fix it—they flat-out refused to take responsibility for their own incompetence. The level of negligence here is staggering. They are more than happy to take your money, but they will leave you high and dry the moment they break something. Save yourself the headache, the repair bills, and the stress. Do not let these people anywhere near your vehicle.

Trailblazer. I came in for an amp upgrade, and they delivered exactly what I was looking for clean power, clean wiring, and a noticeable boost in sound quality. The difference is night and day. High Output Audio & Tint did an incredible job! I first tried a big box store and was very disappointed as they made me feel like they were trying to upgrade me and did not want to install the radio I had and it was over 2 weeks before they could install it. High Output took me at a time and date that worked for me without a big debate. And no big sales or upgrade tactics. Got me in immediately, communicated what they were going to do and reviewed location options for backup camera. Finished and ready before quoted time. I was concerned that I didn’t know how this new android radio worked but the tech spent over 30 minutes with me showing me operation and allowing me to video so I could review later. High Output Audio went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable. I highly, highly recommend the staff and the company’s work and commitment to excellence that showed In everything they did!

I absolutely love my new Car Radio Head Unit and Backup Camera that Highoutput installed in my 2014 370 Z!! They did a fantastic job and were extremely hospitable to me while I waited! The expected wait time was 5 hrs but it only took them 3 hrs! They have a wonderful lounge with coffee, water, Ms. Pac-Man, comfy seating and Roku TV too! I forgot her name but the sweet lady at the desk was awesome and the guys there working on the cars are as well!! This was my first experience using them I only chose them because of their Google reviews as I live way over in Chapel Hill! It was well worth my drive and time! I will surely be back for extra fun stuff to be added and I will sure spread the word on how well they took care of me and my car! Thank y’all again HIGHOUTPUT Audio & Tint! Y’all Rock!! 🤘👍

Just left the Raleigh location. I had a couple pod lights and an internally switch installed for my jeep. Everything came out great. Top notch service from everyone and great price. I’ll definitely be back to add some more lights, etc. Thank you all.
